Stevenage's Park

While I had the camera when I was in town and it wasn't raining (it did bucket down after I took the photos) I thought I would take some photos of the town. Here we have the museum and the park.
Stevenage Museum

It was funny as I was taking a photo of the sign a woman passed by and then she turned around to see what I was taking a photo of.

There's a small park on the edge of the shopping center with a stream going through it. There you can cross it by a lovely wooden bridge. You also have to be careful due to the hungry swans, ducks, pidgeons and other birds that live there.

At the end of the lake there is a statue of young girls

A few years ago these trees were planted on Holocaust Day in memory of the 6 million killed in concentration camps. The plaque that was there has disappeared. I'm going to write to the council to find out where it is.
