Edinburgh

So my best friend Kathy suggested one day that we go on a day train trip to Edinburgh so I said why not?

The train trip was longer than the time we had in the city but it was good.

The best way to learn about the town was to take a tour bus which we did twice.


It was a warm and sunny day and the town was teeming with tourists.
It was also the town's turn to have the Cow Festival. Dotted around the town were life-sized cows all decorated differently by people and were going to be sold in an auction.
